# Welcome to Workmore

> Turn the work you already do into a process that runs itself.

You already run processes every week — you just run them by hand. Compiling a
report every Monday. Checking a form inbox and routing each submission. Pulling
numbers from three tools and pasting them into an email. Workmore is where you
hand that work off: you describe the steps you take today, and Workmore runs
them for you, the same way, every time.

You don't need to know automation tools, diagrams, or code. If you can describe
your work as a series of steps, you can build it here.

    them — not before.

## How to think about it

Start from the outcome you want — "every Monday, the team gets last week's
signups in their inbox" — and work backwards into the steps that produce it.
Workmore gives each step a home and runs them in order, so the outcome happens
without you.

The rest of these guides follow that same shape: the work first, then the part
of Workmore that does it.
